FF&E Procurement Project Management

‍Going beyond purchasing, we manage the process from budgeting through the submittal, fabrication, warehousing, and installation process. This includes not only furniture, but decorative specialties including custom banquettes, lighting, mirrors, artwork, drapery, patio furnishings including cabanas and umbrellas, and any other non-fixed elements that are requested and required.

Move Management

‍Handling all aspects of the physical move including employee interface, quantifying what is moving, and bidding and managing the move contractor.

Facility Management

‍Supporting the transition from project to operations is critical to the life of a project after we are gone. This includes checklists for mechanical systems, requirements for regular inspections, security protocols, landlord requirements, and commissioning and warranty standards.
